The short version: use the site for its intended purpose, treat it and us fairly, and we'll do the same in return. The longer version is below.
Acceptance
By using avolyx.com you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, the simplest thing is not to use the site. These terms cover the website itself. If we end up working together on an engagement, that work is governed by a separate signed agreement.
About our services
Avolyx Global offers product strategy, software engineering, training, and our in-house ProductPilot AI product (currently in private beta). Anything you read on this site is meant as an introduction. Scope, pricing, and deliverables for any actual engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Acceptable use
Please use the site for its intended purpose: learning about us and getting in touch. Don't try to scrape it at scale, reverse engineer it, attempt to break it, use it to harm others, or use it for anything unlawful. We reserve the right to block access if any of that happens.
Intellectual property
The site content, the Avolyx name and logo, and the ProductPilot AI product all belong to Avolyx Global (Pvt) Ltd or our licensors. You're welcome to link to us and quote short passages with attribution. Anything beyond that, please ask first.
Third-party links
We sometimes link to other websites. We don't control those sites and we're not responsible for what they do or what they publish. Visiting them is on you.
Disclaimers
The site is provided on an "as is" basis. We work hard to keep it accurate, up to date, and online, but we can't promise it will always be perfect, uninterrupted, or free of errors. Nothing on the site is professional, legal, or financial advice for your specific situation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Avolyx Global isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that result from using the site. This doesn't limit any rights you have under your local consumer protection laws.
Beta features
ProductPilot AI is in private beta. That means features may change, behave unexpectedly, or be paused while we improve them. We'll do our best to communicate clearly with beta participants about what to expect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes that can't be resolved through a friendly conversation will be handled in the courts of Sri Lanka.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we'll refresh the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
