The short version: past invoices are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime and you won't be charged for the next billing period.
Summary
ProductPilot AI subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually. Past invoices are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and you won't be charged for the next one.
What's non-refundable
Once a billing period has started, the fee for that period is non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and annual plans. Unused seats, unused AI usage, and partial months are not pro-rated or refunded.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing billing@avolyx.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access to ProductPilot AI until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, your workspace moves to read-only and your data is retained according to our privacy policy.
Exceptions
If you were billed in error (duplicate charge, billed after cancellation, billed for a plan you didn't subscribe to), email billing@avolyx.com within 30 days and we'll make it right. If ProductPilot AI is unavailable for an extended outage on our side, contact us and we'll credit your account for the affected time.
Beta participants
ProductPilot AI is currently in private beta. Founding-partner pricing and beta credits are governed by the separate beta agreement you sign when joining the programme — that agreement controls if it conflicts with anything on this page.
Advisory & fractional engagements
This policy covers ProductPilot AI subscriptions only. Refunds, cancellation, and termination for advisory retainers, fractional leadership, and transformation sprints are governed by the signed engagement letter for that specific piece of work.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
